Welcome to Power Prince ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from powerprince.store (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

3. Products & health disclaimer

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues) with a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship across the EU and the Balkans. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

Because our products are sealed food supplements, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed items for hygiene and safety reasons. See our Refund Policy for full details, including damaged or incorrect orders.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Power Prince name, logo, product designs, 3D models, images, and text — is owned by Power Prince or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Prince is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant's place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
